سبيرس ماغنيسيوم بالخوخ

I've been taking this about 30 minutes before bed and I'm falling asleep faster than I used to. The 250mg of magnesium per sachet is a solid dose, and I like that it's sugar free so it doesn't spike anything right before sleep.

I've been taking this before bed for a week now, and I'm sleeping more deeply than usual. The 250mg magnesium with Lion's Mane feels like it actually helps me transition into sleep without grogginess the next morning.

The peach flavor is genuinely nice, not that fake candy taste I was dreading. I do wish the sachets were a bit bigger since I sometimes want more than 250mg, but it mixes clean with no grit and I've been sleeping through the night more often.
